How it Works

Owner/Operators

  1. Click on Sign Up Your Company
  2. On the Sign Up Your Company page, enter your contact information and click on Create User. All fields are required
  3. Your Owner/Operator login information is displayed on the Successful Registration page. Your login information was also sent to you via email
  4. You are now ready to add stores to your companies account. You can click on the link on the Successful Registration page or follow the link in your email to complete the process at a later time
  5. On the Add Store page, first click on the Add A/B Operator to list link or if the A/B Operators for your company have already been added, please select the A/B operator for each store you are adding from the drop down list
  6. On the Add A/B Operator page, please enter the contact information for your Certified Class A/B Operator including their Class A/B training provider, certification number, email address, and whether they are the Class A operator only, Class B operator only, or both the Class A/B Operator. Then click Add Operator
  7. You’re A/B Operator login information is displayed on the Successful Registration page. The login information was also sent to you, the Owner/Operator, and to your Class A/B Operator if their email was provided
  8. Now you are ready to add your store information, on the Add Store page, enter the store specific information. All fields are required. Then click on Create Store
  9. From here you can add additional stores or purchase training credits for Class C Operator Training for your stores
  10. To purchase training credits, on the Purchase Training Credits page, select the number of credits to purchase. When you’re done, click on Checkout. Fill out the Billing screen. All fields are required
  11. You have the ability to confirm the billing details and edit your information if necessary before payment is processed. A Successful Transaction screen is displayed. Please print this screen for your records
  12. At this point, the Owner/Operator is ready for his/her employees to register themselves for and complete the Class C Operator training. The Owner/Operator can login at any time and manage stores, Class A/B Operators, and to purchase additional training credits. If the Owner/Operator is also a Class A/B Operator, you’ll need to login using the A/B Operator login

A/B Operator

  1. The first time a Class A/B Operator logs in, please provide your signature using your computers mouse so that your Class C Operators Training Certificates can be issued upon their successful completion of the course.  Remember not to pick up your mouse or release the select button when generating your signature.

  2. To add Class C Operators, clink on the Add Class C Operators link.  Enter their first and last name, email address if available, and select which store they work at.  Click Add Operator.

  3. The Class C Operator login information is displayed on the Successful Registration page. The login information was also sent to you, the Class A/B Operator, and to your Class C Operator if their email was provided.

  4. At this point, the A/B Operator is ready for his/her employees to login and complete the Class C Operator training. The A/B Operator can login at any time and add new Class C Operators, manage existing Class C accounts, or access the Questions to Review with your Class C Operators.

Class C Operator

  1. Login using the credentials supplied to you. 
  2. Follow the onscreen instructions to complete the Class C Operator Training.
  3. At the end of the course, you’ll be able to print out your Class C Operator Training Certificate which you then need to post at your store
  4. Class C Operators can login at any time to reprint a copy of their Class C Operator Training Certificate or to review the Questions to Review with your Class A/B Operator and the associated handouts.
